Popis:	Organizational Performance is essential for efficiency and for achieving organizational objectives. Organizational Citizenship Behaviour is essential for obtaining the best Organizational Performance. With this view, this article tries to find out the linkage between the OCB, its antecedents, and its outcome. The HRM practices implemented by the organization are taken as the determinants. The job performance of employees is considered as the outcome of OCB.
