Popis: Simulation with input uncertainties using stochastic Petri nets (SPN) takes into account the effects of uncertainties in exponential transition rates when calculating performance indices. The proposed simulation method, using interval arithmetic, allows the computing with simultaneous influence of uncertainties and variabilities of parameters. A case study is presented for processing uncertainty from stochastic Petri nets models. Interval SPN simulation do not compute the reachability graph, but follows the proposed Monte Carlo interval style simulation.
