Popis: | This paper studies a 1989 measles epidemic on the Texas Tech campus. The infection is modeled in a population with a social contact structure. In the model, students are assigned to classes, dormitory complexes, dormitory rooms, and social groups in the dining halls. A single infected individual is introduced, and the resulting infection path is described as a random graph. |
