Popis:	The entire post‐Soviet era is exposed to the decisive impact of several powerful processes. These include the construction of new states, the formation of national economies, the transition from a command‐mobilization economy to a market‐driven one, and globalization which is the most important. It would be no exaggeration to say that, to a significant extent, globalization determines the processes of state‐building and market transformation.
