Two main aspects were treated in this session. The first one is about concrete and rock fracture and concerns the relationships between microphenomena and macroscopic behavior as well for the experimental analysis as for the theoretical aspects. The second one is related to the experimental procedure to determine toughness properties of concrete. The discussion included both a debate on same specific aspects and complementary contributions on undeveloped points during presentations. |
