Popis: The ionic-optical system computer model with radio-frequency linear electric field for existential ion focusing has been researched. The principle of operation of high-resolution nonmonoenergetic ion radio-frequency time-of-flight mass-analyzer has been developed using this model. Results of radio-frequency mass-reflectron computer simulation show an achieved resolution more than 104 (R>104).
