The subject of the research there is practical foreign experience in the application of methods of state regulation of innovative development of the agricultural industry. The purpose of the article is the analysis of foreign experience in the application of methods of state regulation of the innovative development of the agricultural industry and the possibility of its implementation in Ukraine. Research methods. The work uses the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, analysis and synthesis, the method of comparison and generalization of data. Results of work. The article examines the peculiarities of state regulation of innovative activities in the agro–industrial complex in foreign countries of the world. Research has established that in countries with a high level of economic development, the main methods of state regulation of the economy are direct and indirect. It is possible to improve the areas of state regulation of the innovative development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine by increasing the amount of state support for commodity producers who produce the majority of the main agricultural products, which contributes to the implementation of targeted programs through the financing of certain types of activities. It was determined that the system of state support for the subjects of the agrarian market should be aimed at creating conditions for their integration into the system of public agrarian relations. The success of the state regulation of the innovative development of agriculture in the EU countries is determined by a comprehensive approach to its development, which is reflected in state strategies and programs. At the same time, each country chooses the optimal ratio between various instruments of state regulation depending on the national characteristics of the development of the agrarian sector and the goals of the agrarian policy. Field of application. Innovation and investment policy. Conclusions. In countries that have achieved significant results in the innovative development of the agricultural sector of the economy, a significant place belongs to direct and indirect methods of state regulation. One of the tasks solved by a close combination of these methods is the development of innovative cooperation, which has a significant potential to activate innovative activity, including at the regional level. An important stage on the path of Ukraine’s European integration into the EU should be orientation towards the European model of innovative development of the agricultural sector, which will accelerate the approach of the domestic agricultural sector to the level of European standards, its adaptation to the Common Agricultural Policy of the EU. Therefore, further developments in this area of research should be aimed at applying a comprehensive approach to the innovative development of the domestic agricultural industry, taking into account the national features of its development. |
