On the basis of consideration of the Genesis of the information satellite systems (SS) formulated a trend of their construction on the example of the known telecommunication and navigation satellite systems. In discussing the principle of coherence, which is implemented with ballistic synthesis of structures of satellite systems, shows the transformation of their project-oriented of the orbital parameters during the transition from regional to global structures. Gives the values of the measures decrease the accuracy of navigation determinations due to adverse mutual arrangement "constellations" artificial satellites of navigation (NAS) and user navigation information, as well as other factors. |
