| Popis: | The article discusses various methods of pre-sowing seed stimulation. An increase in the activity of diastase in barley is noted - by 75% when the seeds are irradiated with ultrasound with a frequency of f = 48 kHz, an intensity of oscillations S = 42 W/cm² and an exposure time of t = 480 s. Ultrasonic action allows you to activate enzymes, which are of primary importance in the respiration of germinating seeds. |
