Popis: | 1. A promising design of independent disk porthole made of inorganic glass and devitrified glass was developed. 2. The maximum load-carrying capacity of the porthole under short-term hydrostatic pressure is a function of the ratio h/D of the planar glasses; a small value of the ratio leads to premature failure of the glass element at low service loads, while the optical properties of the element are adversely affected when the values of the ratio are high. A value h/D=0.52–0.55 should be considered a good engineering solution for optical glass K8 and quartz glass KV. 3. Data was obtained on the stress-strain state, load-carrying capacity, performance, and service life of the new design of planar porthole. 4. The optical element can be effectively used in hydrooptical units and other sophisticated objects. The savings from the introduction of the design at domestic plants have amounted to more than 50,000 rubles a year. |
