Popis: | The influence of wind tunnel walls, tower and nozzle on the performance of a model wind turbine is investigated in the present paper using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The model wind turbine has a radius of 1.5 m and is located in a wind tunnel with a cross section of 4.2 m × 4.2 m. Global loads, angle of attack distributions as well as flow fields are compared to each other to evaluate the influence of the different configurations. |
