Popis:	The necic acid portion of dicrotaline 1, 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaric acid 3, is not formed specifically from acetate, mevalonate or 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutarate, but label from C-5 of isoleucine 4 is incorporated specifically into the methyl group of this necic acid.
