Relevance of the research topic. The study of the issue of developing a competitive strategy for the development of an innovatively oriented enterprise in the conditions of digitization, globalization and activation of security mechanisms is conditioned by the lack of a single approach to the implementation of the algorithm of this process. Formulation of the problem. A competitive strategy should be aimed at forecasting, prevention of decline in dynamics, elimination of the causes that give rise to them, and in the event of their occurrence – at elimination with minimal consequences. Also, the main goal of implementing a competitive strategy should be the uncontroversial combination of the interests of the elements of the economic system with national interests. This issue in the conditions of digitalization, globalization and activation of security mechanisms of innovatively oriented enterprises determines the relevance of the research topic. Setting the purpose and objectives of the study – to investigate the development of a competitive strategy for the development of an innovatively oriented enterprise in the conditions of digitalization, globalization and activation of security mechanisms. Research method or methodology. The article uses the following methods: graphic, abstract– logical, monographic, analysis and synthesis, systematization. Presentation of the main material (research results). Taking into account the multifaceted nature of the operation of an innovatively oriented enterprise in the conditions of digitization, globalization and activation of security mechanisms, it should be noted the possibility of forming a certain list of interrelated competitive strategies, which represent a strategic set. An adequate strategic set reflects the achieved level of development, features and conditions for further movement, in accordance with the strategies. Field of application of results. The results of the study can be used in the practical activities of innovatively oriented enterprises to strengthen the adaptability of the management of the marketing subsystem. Conclusions on the article. The current strategic set is the right one for an innovation–oriented enterprise. It can be achieved with the help of the existing capacity and some efforts to transform it to ensure a competitive level in the long term. Depending on the competitive position, enterprises choose a line of behavior focused on a certain acceptable strategic set in the conditions of digitalization, globalization and activation of security mechanisms. |
