The objective of the study is to propose a low-cost housing typology for construction, conservation and maintenance, based on multilayer elements, structural profiles and criteria for the distribution of spaces and progressive development in a modular way. It also raises a series of guidelines to improve and optimize a construction system in housing aimed at the informal sector at the urban level, which includes comfort, planning and well-being on the part of the inhabitants. This work is presented in order to contribute in the problem of the housing deficit, which has increased significantly in informal sectors at the urban level, since the possibilities of legality, access and quality in the supply of informal housing are increasingly more critical for this sector of the population. Informal urbanization is often conceived under deficient guidelines, without control and empirically in construction methods, socioeconomic variables, and design that negatively affect families living in these urban contexts.Faced with the difficulties and needs of these territories, a product of social and economic inequality, the Catholic University of Colombia has undertaken technological solutions to problems associated with poverty issues in Bogota. The synergy of knowledge between the Faculties of Engineering and Design, with the support of the Universidade Federal da Integracao Latinoamericana, have proposed the design of a modular transitional housing from a quantitative non-experimental approach and an exploratory transectional design, which made possible a development a technician of a modular housing unit, taking into account the main structure, pre-established joints, roof, finishes and progressive development, thus promoting a housing unit that complies with the formality established by the competent authorities, in addition to integrating a vision for the future to expand the houses according to the needs of the families. |
