Popis: | Na2Sn2ZnS6 (I), Na2Ga2GeS6 (II), Na2Ga2SnS6 (III), Na2Ga2SnS6 (IV), Na2Ge2ZnS6 (V), Na2Ge2CdS6 (VI), Na2In2SiS6 (VII), and Na2In2GeS6 (VIII) are prepared by solid state reactions, e.g. for (I) by the use of stoichiometric mixtures of Na2CO3, ZnS, and SnS in a continuous CS2 gas stream (Al2O3 boat in ceramic tube, 550 °C, 24 h). |
