Macromolecular structure, function and dynamics by fast crystallography with synchrotron radiation

Popis: This review summarises results with fast data collection methods and discusses experimental strategies with the Laue technique. The paper describes results from our laboratory and discusses achievements from others. Certain parts of the work have been published previously [1–5]. Time resolved macromolecular crystallography has been reviewed in 1989 with emphasis on the biophysical principles involved [6]. Time resolved diffraction studies on non-crystalline biological materials have also been reviewed [7,8] and are not discussed here.
