The purpose of this pilot study is to test whether the proposed threat conditioning procedures lead to adequate acquisition, extinction, and return of threat responses. Pilot data will be collected and compared across three research sites. The goal is to develop standard threat conditioning procedures that are easy to implement in other laboratories and can serve as the procedures for a future multi-site study comparing various threat extinction enhancement strategies. |
