Popis: | CFRP (Carbon fibre reinforced plastic) have an application in many fields like aircraft, automotive and medical industries. The products which made with the use of CFRP material are joined by bolting hence the high quality of drilling hole needed for the proper joining. Estimated 60% of all parts rejections because of poor hole quality in composites materials. So, it is very essential to consider drilling process improvement as research work. This paper deals with the multi-objective optimization for improving quality of hole and drilling tool life. Optimize drilling process with the objective of delamination factor, thrust force and torque for CFRP materials using multi-objective GA (Genetic Algorithm) & RSM (Response Surface Methodology) was seldom reported. |
