Popis:	In this case, we describe an unusual case of dual pathology: i) hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy (HOCM) and ii) aortic root aneurysm. We demonstrate the advantage of a single trans aortic approach to address all components of the HOCM disease. This is illustrated in a video highlighting the main steps of the procedure.
