Popis: | The ac conductivity to two samples of ytterbium nitrate crystal in the temperature range from - 75 to 50{degrees}C and in the frequency range from 20 to 10{sup 6} Hz has been measured in several runs. The authors have observed metastable behavior of the conductivity in the region above -70{degrees}C, and stable behavior below this temperature. The conductivity shows different frequency dependence in the metastable and the stable states. |
