Popis: | NADP-linked acyclic monoterpene primary alcohol dehydrogenase from Rauwolfia serpentina cultured cells was found to catalyse the transfer of the pro-R hydrogen at C-4 of NADPH to neral, 10-oxogeraniol and 10-hydroxygeranial; intermediates for the biosynthesis of iridoids and non-tryptamine moieties of indole alkaloids. |
