Popis: | With the aging and diversifying of the elder population in the United States, there is a pressing need for an organized and effective curriculum in cultural competence. The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) requires that the curriculum for Geriatric Medicine Fellowship training include cultural competency training. Through a needs assessment survey of the Geriatric Medicine Fellows, a curriculum was customized to meet the normative needs of the program and the perceived needs of the fellows. |
