Popis:	The simultaneous occurrence of a pregnancy after in-vitro-fertilisation (IVF-ET) and an active tuberculosis can have massive and life-threatening consequences. We are showing in our case-report the symptoms, diagnostic investigations and the therapy of a patient with exacerbated tuberculosis after an IVF-pregnancy. As a conclusion preventive measures should be taken; varios options will be discussed.
