Popis: | Institutional repository is an academic learning system in Taiwan. This research aims at empirical study of institutional repository service quality on users’ loyalty to college library. The outcomes of the questionnaires based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and prove the hypotheses of this study. The results showed that e-service quality has the indirect positive effect through the mediating influence of users’ satisfaction on loyalty. |
