ÐÑовеÑÑи комплекÑнÑй анализ ÑÑÑдовÑÑ ÑеÑÑÑÑов и ÑÑÑеÑÑвÑÑÑей ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ ÑÑимÑлиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑÑонала ÐÐР«ÐвÑо ÐÑÐ¾ÐºÐµÑ ÐÑÑманÑк».4. РабоÑа пÑоведена на  базе  ÐÐР«ÐвÑо ÐÑÐ¾ÐºÐµÑ ÐÑÑманÑк»»,  где  ÑобиÑалаÑÑ Ð·Ð½Ð°ÑиÑелÑÐ½Ð°Ñ ÑаÑÑÑ Ð¸Ð½ÑоÑмаÑии о ÑабоÑе оÑганизаÑии: обÑÐ°Ñ Ñ Ð°ÑакÑеÑиÑÑика  пÑедпÑиÑÑиÑ,  оÑновнÑе  ÑкономиÑеÑкие  показаÑели деÑÑелÑноÑÑи  пÑедпÑиÑÑиÑ,  анализ  ÑÑнка  и  оÑновнÑÑ Â Â ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑÑенÑов, анализ ÑÑÑдовÑÑ ÑеÑÑÑÑов. Ð ÑезÑлÑÑаÑе бÑл пÑоизведен комплекÑнÑй анализ ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ ÑÑимÑлиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑÑонала. РазÑабоÑÐ°Ð½Ñ ÑекомендаÑии по ÑовеÑÑенÑÑÐ²Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑÑеÑÑвÑÑÑей ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ ÑÑимÑлиÑÐ¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð¿ÐµÑÑонала. Ðа оÑновании пÑоведеннÑÑ Ð¸ÑÑледований, бÑло пÑедложено ÑÑи ваÑианÑа ÑазвиÑÐ¸Ñ ÑиÑÑÐµÐ¼Ñ ÑÑимÑлиÑованиÑ. This work is devoted to the study of the activities of Auto Broker Murmansk LLC, the identification of existing shortcomings in the personnel incentive system and its improvement. The tasks that were solved during the study:1. Reveal the concepts and essence of personnel incentives.2. Study of the activities of Avto Broker Murmansk LLC.3. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of labor resources and the existing system of incentives for employees of Avto Broker Murmansk LLC4. Develop recommendations for improving the incentive system for the personnel of Auto Broker Murmansk LLC. The work was carried out based on Auto Broker Murmansk LLC, where a significant part of the information about the work of the organization was collected: general characteristics of the enterprise, main economic indicators of the enterprise, analysis of the market and main competitors, analysis of labor resources.As a result, a comprehensive analysis of the personnel incentive system was carried out. Recommendations have been developed to improve the existing system of incentives for personnel. Based on the studies conducted, three options for the development of the incentive system were proposed. |
