Popis: The teaching experimental system for industrial robot electrical connectors based on PLC is designed. The system combines reliability acceleration test theory, constant temperature PID control technology, electric servo drive technology, PLC control technology, insertion force detection technology, microscopic observation technology and electromechanical transmission control technology to form a set of multi-functional advanced teaching experimental system with optical - electromechanical integration, which can not only complete the basic teaching experiments of classical electromechanical transmission control, insertion force sensing, temperature PID control and pin surface friction and wear morphology observation, but also carry out the research and teaching experiment on service reliability of connectors under various acceleration conditions such as ambient temperature and plugging speed. It has better advanced teaching experimental equipment and higher application value.
