Popis: The contemporary image of the socio-economic environment leads to consideration of social entrepreneurship. Increasing importance is attributed to the issue of creating social enterprises for socio-professional inclusiveness. The purpose of the article is to analyze the perception of social enterprise in relation to the entrepreneurial features of social leaders. The paper presents a report on empirical research conducted in the northern subregion of the Silesian Voivodeship. The process of real-life interaction between the author and social leaders in identifying elements of business models for launching a social enterprise made possible to carry out the research.
