Popis: Talon cusp is a well-delineated additional cusp which is located on the surface of an anterior tooth. Histologically it is composed of normal enamel, dentin and a pulp tissue. It is been classified into various types based on its extension and shape of the cusp. This anomaly generally poses problems for the patient in terms of esthetics, caries control and occlusal accommodation. Seven new cases of talon cusp with different clinical presentations are being presented along with approved diagnostic criteria.
