Popis: | In order to overcome the shortcomings of conventional chargers for electrical vehicles (EVs), a digital fast charging system with positive and negative pulse was developed. Phase-shift full-bridge topology was used in the charger which was operated at soft-switching mode, resulting in higher efficiency. In order to acquire an actual charging curve that is consistent with the ideal one, a four-phase charging scheme which includes positive and negative pulse was adopted. Consequently, the charging speed was increased, while the overcharging and gassing were reduced. Issues in the pulse switching process were solved by specific measures. Experimental results showed that positive and negative pulse was steadily achieved and fast charging was effectively realized in the proposed digital fast charging system. |
