Popis: Since the introduction of the new curriculum in 1990, a system has been developed to enable students to accumulate marks throughout the clinical dental course which contribute up to 40% of their overall marks — the remaining 60% being available at final examination. The in-course marks derive from two sources: 5% from each of the three Spring In Course Assessment examinations (SICAs), the remaining 25% from continual assessment by Course Unit Assessments. A major feature of the SICAs is that each features a Dental OSCE (DOSCE).
