Popis:	The composition of the essential oils of two populations of Thymus funkii Cosson and of some individual plants of each population was investigated by GC and GC-MS. The two population samples showed a similar composition, the main constituents being 1,8-cineole, camphor, borneol, camphene, β-pinene and α-pinene. In order to study the infraspecific variability, the results obtained were submitted to cluster analysis and principal component analysis. The results did not show a significant variability within the individuals of this species.
