Popis:	In 2011 the PSP Association, supported by Neurological Commissioning Support, created a ‘Year of Care’ staged pathway model for progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP). It is the first UK-wide staged pathway to have been created for this condition. A Year of Care model demonstrates the full range of services and support that someone with a specific condition might need to access in the course of one year and suggests the costs that might be associated with that care. The Year of Care pathway for PSP provides clinical guidance for disease management as well as acting as an educational tool for health and social care professionals, commissioners and lay people. This paper describes the development of the pathway as well as plans for its future evolution.
