This work is devoted to a design study of possible hydro-generating components of technical equipment of the Abazan HPP project, which provides for the construction of a hydropower facility, including stationary units of hydroelectric units. In the work a choice of parameters of two types of hydraulic turbines, which is based on: both methodical and practical recommendations; nomenclature universal characteristics of the corresponding model hydraulic turbines. Comparison of the obtained results was made; a choice of the optimum technical facilities option on the basis of the scope of construction works, power and cavitation parameters was made. In the course of the work the following was done: construction of operational and combinatorial characteristics of the selected hydraulic machines; calculations of the main elements of the flow part: spiral chamber with stator; blades of the guide apparatus, impeller, suction pipe. sketch construction of these elements, including the kinematic diagram of the guide apparatus; construction of a solid 3D-model of one of the selected hydraulic turbines in the software system of automatic design systems. On the basis of this work it is possible to carry out: further engineering-design work on the design and clarification of characteristics; work on the selection of auxiliary (peripheral) equipment; making further decisions on the layout of hydro-generating equipment. |
