Popis:	Several summaries of data are cited. Problems with methods for the evaluation of data sets such as these are noted. The paper does not suggest that any of the methods of evaluation now used is superior to another. What it does recommend is that some consideration be given to the question of whether a workable set of rules can be promulgated for identifying experiments which should NOT be used in an evaluation.
