Popis: Supervision of family therapists is a parallel process which labels repeating interactional patterns at supervisor-to-supervisee and therapist-to-family-systemic levels. The supervisory relationship is powerful as it changes patterns of behavior for the therapist. This paper will present a philosophical multi-level of supervisee hierarchy, and developmental stages. The supervision process will also be viewed in light of a structural theory of change, combining theory with practice. The terms therapists, trainee, and supervisee will be interchangeable.
