The Industrial Revolution was a milestone that evidenced the mechanistic process, reflecting a capitalist mode of production that later spread to Law with the massification of decisions. With the new block of history came the need to question the existing power structures, imposing the restructuring of the productive, social,and political organizations. The current model of development shows signs of deple-tion of natural resources, no longer enduring the economic use of environmental goods. In face of the need to break with the fragmentation trend of the knowledge process, it is indispensable to implement a new teaching perspective, aiming at re-forming thought reform through ecological literacy. |
