This study is a first case that we apply the choice method training to private civil engineers. The porpose of this method is to extend image of a disaster situation and our action. And we can use this method to improve the ability of judgement at the emergency response.On this report, we verify Yes-No training, we explain the difference of senses between public administration and private civil engineers.We should attempt to be systematization of experts, to play an important part in adisaster situation. |
