Popis: | 28th European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition; 2455-2458 Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films were deposited by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis using a two solution approach. A Cu- containing solution was sprayed first, followed by a second Zn- and Sn- containing solution, thus allowing higher salt concentration without the risk of precipitation. Two different sulfur sources such as thiourea and thioacetamide were investigated to achieve sufficient Zn incorporation in the absorber. Thioacetamide and the addition of lactic acid resulted in better control over the metal ratio in the final deposited film. The influence of cupric chloride and cupric acetate of the film morphology was also investigated indicating a higher crystallinity of the kesterite film in the case of cupric chloride. The X-ray diffraction analysis confirmed kesterite structure with a MoSe2 secondary phase. Solar cells made with cupric chloride and thioacetamide in the precursor solution were fabricated and characterized. |
