| Popis: | The hydride–dehydride (HDH) process, as it relates to production of titanium and titanium 6% aluminum 4% vanadium (Ti-6Al-4V) powders are discussed herein. Processing challenges, as well as secondary operations, such as spheroidization, are discussed as they relate to achieving high-quality powders to be certified against both medical and nonmedical ASTM specifications. |
