Popis: | It is proposed to purify gas emissions from industrial enterprises to remove sulfur dioxide by the adsorption method using pelletized sorption material based on energy waste — chemical water treatment sludge of heat-and-power plants, which is formed at the stage of pre-treatment of natural water during liming and coagulation. The characteristics of the adsorber loaded with the obtained material for cleaning gas emissions to remove SO2 are calculated. It is proposed to modernize the existing technological scheme for purifying gas emissions of the sodium bisulfite production line at JSC “Chemical plant named after L. Y. Karpov.” Calculations describing the economic and environmental effect of the new technological scheme for cleaning gas emissions to remove sulfur dioxide are presented. |
