Popis: | it introduces a design and realization of high precision time interval measurement peripheral circuit based on FPGA, which can realize the high speed data sampling, high speed series to parallel converting, USB data transferring. The system verification under virtex4 XC4SX35-FF668 of Xilinx is carried out. The test result shows that the design can detect the signal as low as -8mV, the valve voltage works stably and each module work normal. |
