The article presents some results of the study of the motivation for self-realization in the work of students who receive artistic and pedagogical education and are engaged in creativity. It is argued that self-realization in creativity is polymotivated in nature. According to the study, self-realization in creativity is determined by the dominance of motivation with the meanings and values of creativity. Within the framework of the study, using the method of content analysis, six main motives of self-realization in creativity are identified. The predominance of deep internal motives of self-realization in creativity was revealed, among which: “creativity as the meaning of life and value”, “creativity as self-knowledge”, “creativity as understanding of oneself”, “creativity as a choice of life path, self-determination”, “self-development in creativity”. |
