Popis:	A Pd(OAc)2-catalyzed tandem cyclization–coupling reaction of (o-ethynylphenyl)phosphonic acid monoesters and allyl halides has been developed. This reaction provides an efficient, mild, general and regioselective way to synthesize 4-allylphosphaisocoumarins.
