Popis: | This paper presents models for Photovoltaic (PV) module based on single diode and two diodes models of solar cell. The PV cells modeling and characterize software are based on Matlab Simulink, in order to calculate unknown parameters and the electrical characteristic of a cell/module depending on the changing in the environmental parameters, also it depends on irradiance and ambient temperature. The provided information in the manufacturers' data sheet is used to develop the simulink model and identifying internal parameters for PV module. Five parameters of implemented models are considered as: series and shunt resistance, reverse saturation current, photo current and ideality factor. The PV model is including solar irradiance and ambient temperature as input data. This paper presents a comparison between the simulation results of single and two diodes models with the manufacturer's data sheet to define the accuracy and validity of the proposed model. Also, this paper presents the P-V and I-V characteristics of the PV module TRINA TSM-295 PC14 using Array tester 550. From results, These models are depending on the slight variation of ambient temperature and solar radiation. |
