| Popis: | Power limiters are important elements in many receiver signal chains especially in radars and systems subject to jamming conditions. Linear, low-loss and high-power limiters are especially valuable to such systems. Although new semiconductor-based microwave power limiters can handle up to 10s of Watts thanks to the GaN and InP technologies, having limiters with higher power capabilities especially in higher frequencies, like mm-wave range, is still quite challenging. |
