Popis: | The most potential causes of "non hemolytic" anemias are iron, folate or vitamin B12 deficiencies, severe renal impairment, endocrine diseases, inflammation and medullary disorders. In a non-exceptionnal way no cause is found, sometimes because of a wrong interpretation of analysis results and sometimes because of a little known etiology. The goal of this review is to point out analytical difficulties and to remember some rarer etiologies. |
