Awareness of the causes and effects of supply chain whip helps organizations to adopt policies to reduce the intensity of its occurrence and its damaging effects. knowledge of the causes of the Bullwhip effect helps the organization and supply chains to mitigate the severity of its occurrence and its destructive effects. the main purpose of this paper is to design a suitable model to investigate the effects of sanctions on the supply chain in terms of satisfaction of people, drug prices and producers. moreover, the effect of the effect of whip effect on the effect of effect on the whole chain has been analyzed. These policies were examined, including government support for consumers, reduction of government exchange rates, lower prices of raw materials, and a reduction in laxative effects. The supplier, distributor and overall profit of the drug supply chain. the above research in a distinct position is that, according to previous studies, drug production analysis has been considered less attention with the dynamics approach of the systems. in this study, the supply chain of a particular drug (Deferoxamine), examines the effect of whip and policy to reduce its effect on the whole chain. A dynamic medicine supply chain has been first modeled; After that, causal loop diagram has been plotted and finally system’s flow chart has been drawn. More over, simulation results have been discussed, and at the end of the research four policies for improving current situation have been suggested. |
