Popis:	Clozapine is an antipsychotic drug that has a very low incidence of extrapyramidal side effects. Only few dyskinetic and dystonic motoric alterations are described. This brief review describes three patients who developed chorea-like symptoms during a Clozapine therapy. The possible causal mechanisms of these side effect are suggested.
