Thermal and radiation stability of x-ray mirrors based on diamondlike films

Popis: The characteristics of X-ray diamond-like mirrors and Me-C mirrors were compared. The effect of influence temperature and radiation on reflectivity and the bandwidth of Bragg peaks were investigated. Temperature stability in the range up to 400 C was studied. The valuation of the radiative stability of mirrors was evaluated.
