It is emphasized that today, despite the significant diagnostic potential, there are no Ukrainian-language versions of the questionnaire R. M. Belbin. It was found that the same number of respondents realize the role of «researcher», which implies the presence in their personal arsenal of such qualities as enthusiasm, curiosity, activity, ability to communicate with others, to explore new things. Next in frequency is the role of «boss», which characterizes police officers as responsible, disciplined, self-organized, capable of self-control. A small proportion of respondents have the roles of «organizer» and «controller». It is emphasized that the presented adapted Ukrainian-language questionnaire by R.
